Baby Spinach Soup

Ingredients:
500g baby spinach
2 cloves garlic, chopped
800ml water
Fried anchovies
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soya sauce
A dash of pepper
Some Tumix chicken stock base seasoning

Instruction:
Heat the wok with oil and saute chopped garlic until fragrant. Pour in water and bring to boil. Put in baby spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Add in seasoning and bring to boil. Dish up. Sprinkle fried anchovies on top and serve hot.
